How to Register
Register online, via phone, e-mail or fax your completed registration form, along with your tuition payment. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and minimum enrollment is required for all face-to-face courses. Late registrations are accepted on a space-available basis. Group rates will apply for face-to-face courses when there are multiple registrants from a facility or practice.
Register Early; Save Money!
We are pleased to offer discounted tuition rates on early registration for in-person courses when received one month prior to the starting date of a course. Call (212) 821-9470 or (800) 829-0500 for details.
We also offer special discounts for alumni; take an additional $25 off the early registration tuition for face-to-face courses over $100.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, traveler's checks, personal checks or cash for tuition payment. Payment is expected at the time of registration. Tuition for online courses must be paid in full before a course can begin. Payment must be in US funds.
Registrants make their own travel and hotel arrangements; we will be happy to provide a list of nearby hotels. Please do not make travel arrangements until your registration has been confirmed online, or by mail, phone or e-mail.
Cancellation Policy
A $100 fee will be charged for cancellations of confirmed registrations for face-to-face courses received one week or less before a course begins. After that time, we regret that only a 50% refund of tuition can be offered. Failure to notify the Continuing Education office of a cancellation by the starting date of a course will result in liability for the full tuition fee. Lighthouse International reserves the right to cancel a course when enrollment quotas have not been met.
The real cost of delivering these programs is only partially reflected in tuition charges. To increase access to Lighthouse continuing education opportunities, Lighthouse International subsidizes courses.
No full or partial refunds are given for online courses once access to a course has been granted. Online courses are available to users for a specific time frame, after which access to the online course expires.
