Light Years: The Lighthouse Salutes the Arts
On Tuesday, November 10th, Lighthouse International will host Light Years: The Lighthouse Salutes the Arts, a spectacular celebration that pays tribute to those who are light years ahead of all others. These visionaries inspire and encourage others to flourish in film, music, design and fashion. This year's gala will be held at the breathtaking Plaza Hotel.
Our extraordinary honorees -- interior designer Mica Ertegün and composer Marvin Hamlisch -- are "light years" ahead of all others, and are being honored for achievements in their respective fields. And, Arts Couple of the Year, Arlene Dahl and Marc Rosen are being recognized for their undeniable influence in Film and Fragrance Package Design. Special guests at this year's event include auctioneer, Joan Rivers and Fox's Ernie Anastos who will serve as emcee.
The arts have always played an integral role in helping the Lighthouse improve the quality of life for those with vision loss. Light Years underscores the importance music, film, fashion and interior design have had in our 104 year history.

Your contribution will provide sorely needed services, including transportation for 25 teens to the LHI eight-month Saturday Youth Skills Program
$15,000 LUMINARY TABLE(S) - includes 10 seats, prominent seating & double-page, 4-color journal ad. A portion of your contribution will buy one key on a Steinway piano for the Filomen M. D'Agostino Greenberg Music School

Please note that contributions are fully tax deductible by law, and the non-deductible portion of each ticket is $225. Contributors of $2,500 and above will be listed on the evening program; reservations must be received by October 21st for inclusion.
